我们收集的信息

创建账号及登录时，我们处理邮箱和账号标识；你可以设置昵称、头像。发布 Food Note 或评价时，我们处理你提交的文字、餐厅地点 ID、星级、标签及所选照片或视频；审核前的投稿仅供本人和审核人员查看，审核通过后才可能公开。参加邀请活动时，我们处理邀请码、绑定与使用次数。申请商家合作或订阅更新时，我们处理你主动填写的姓名、邮箱、电话、店铺资料等信息。为防止重复投票、滥用举报和开榜申请，App 还可能提交随机安装标识的哈希值。

We process your email and account ID for sign-in, and any nickname or avatar you choose. Food Notes and reviews can include text, place IDs, ratings, tags, and selected photos or videos. Pending posts are visible to you and moderators; approved posts may become public. We also process invite codes and usage, information you submit for merchant enquiries or updates, and a hash of a random installation identifier for vote and abuse controls.

We use this data for sign-in, local discovery, moderation, abuse prevention, invitation statistics, merchant contact, and updates you subscribe to. An approved Food Note posted under your nickname can publicly show that name, rating and chosen media. Anonymous posting hides your public name and avatar, but moderators retain the author link. Avatars use public image links, and older posts may keep a previous avatar. Members see their own invite data; campaign administrators can audit bindings and counts. Rewards are not active yet. We do not use this data for cross-app advertising tracking.

本地存储

原生 App 的收藏、私人笔记和最近搜索记录保存在本机；Google Maps 收藏只保存地点 ID，打开时再请求店铺资料。网站可能在浏览器本地保存收藏、草稿、界面偏好及上次选用的定位。清除 App 或浏览器数据可能移除这些本地记录；删除线上账号不会自动清除同一设备上的本地收藏，你可以在 App「我的」页单独清除。

The native app keeps saved places, private notes and recent searches on your device. For Google Maps saves it keeps only the place ID and requests current details when opened. The website may save favourites, drafts, preferences and the last location used in browser storage. Clearing app or browser data can remove local records; deleting an online account does not automatically clear on-device saves. You can clear them separately in Me.

第三方服务

网站与接口由 Cloudflare 托管，邮箱登录、账号资料及 Food Note 媒体由 Supabase 处理；验证邮件由我们配置的邮件服务代发。餐厅查询通过 Cloudflare 服务向 Google Maps Platform 发送搜索词或选定地区、类别和界面语言；只有你主动使用附近功能并允许定位时，查询才会发送设备坐标。餐厅查询不发送你的账号或投稿内容。Google 餐厅资料在显示时请求，不作为我们的长期餐厅数据库保存。iOS App 的地区搜索由 Apple 地图完成，你输入的文字会发送给 Apple。安卓 App 的地图由 Google 地图提供；搜索地区时，你输入的文字经我们的服务发送给 Google；地图上拖动后的地名由手机系统的地理编码服务识别。商家申请如打开 Google 表单，其填写内容由 Google 表单接收。这些服务及外部图片或链接的提供方也可能取得连接所需的 IP 地址等技术信息。使用 Google 功能和内容须遵守 Google Maps 服务条款和 Google 隐私政策。另见本站使用条款。

Cloudflare hosts the site and APIs; Supabase handles sign-in, profiles and Food Note media; our configured email provider delivers sign-in codes. Searches pass your query or selected area, category and language through Cloudflare to Google Maps Platform. Coordinates are sent only when you request nearby results and permit location access; account details and posts are not sent with place searches. In the iOS app, area search uses Apple Maps, so the text you type is sent to Apple. In the Android app, the map is provided by Google Maps; area searches are sent to Google through our service, and spot names on the map come from your phone's geocoding service. Google Form receives merchant applications opened there. These services and external image or link providers may also receive connection information such as IP addresses. 删除账号与资料保留 / Account deletion

在 iOS 和 Android App 中，登录后进入「我的」→「删除账号」，确认操作并输入发送到账号邮箱的 8 位验证码，即可发起永久删除。若你使用网站、当前 App 版本尚未显示入口，或操作未能完成，请从账号邮箱写信至 [email protected] 申请，我们会核实账号归属并协助处理；请勿在邮件中发送验证码或密码。

完成账号删除后，我们会移除该账号的邮箱登录、昵称与头像、归属该账号的 Food Notes 及其照片视频、个人邀请码和关联资料。邀请统计可保留无法再关联到原账号的匿名计数。为阻止尚未过期的旧登录状态重新写入资料，系统会短期保留账号识别码，通常约 24 小时后自动清除。如果账号涉及订单、商家店铺或旧版媒体，App 会记录删除审核申请，提示你联系上述邮箱核对后完成删除。本机收藏和私人笔记由你在设备上另行清除；已被他人保存或被第三方缓存的公开内容可能无法立即移除。为处理安全事件、争议或法律义务，必要记录可能在所需期间内保留。你也可以通过上述邮箱查询个人资料、更正资料或提出其他删除请求。

In the iOS and Android apps, sign in and open Me → Delete account, then confirm with the 8-digit code sent to your account email. If the option is not available, you use the website, or the process fails, email [email protected] from your account address. Do not send passwords or codes. When deletion is completed, we remove your sign-in, profile, Food Notes and their media, and personal invite code. Invite totals may remain without a link to your account. An account ID is kept briefly to block writes from old sign-in sessions and is usually removed after about 24 hours. If an order, owned place or older media needs review, the app records a deletion request and asks you to contact us to finish the process. Clear saved places and private notes separately on your device; legal, security, or dispute records may be kept where required.
